Returns: It’s a Select Affair! 
While we’re all about bringing joy to your doorstep, we only accept returns on selected products. If your item arrives damaged or if we somehow compromised on quality (which is rare, thanks to our triple-layered testing!), we’ll gladly refund your money.
Important: Just a heads-up, we don’t do exchanges. If there’s an issue, we’ll process the return and refund—easy-peasy!
Speedy Refunds! 
Once you let us know about the return, we’ll get that refund processed in just 7 days! Yes, just 7 days! So you can get back to shopping your heart out without any delays.
Cancellation Policy – Change of Heart? 
We get it—sometimes, you change your mind! If you need to cancel your order, just drop us a line at saraansh@pransentertainment.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be zipping back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Simple as that!
